First time trying Porridge buffet, i would say it's only worth trying during the lunch time period.

After for so long, Shutter is the only horror movie that i feel satisfied after watching it. Recalling the ending scene give me a real good goosebumps .



I didn't went jogging because it was scorching hot in the morning, no I'm not finding excuse!
I really need to go for a run to get away those fats in my stomach.

Lord I'll seek your help for solving all the trouble i have in my life instead using my own arm of flesh. I know i will never be facing all this obstacles alone because you will never leave me nor forsake me. I will allow you to work for me because you are the only one who can help me overcome it. It is because you love me and because you love me you will cast all your cares on me . Thank you Jesus !

KTV session with Milo and Wilson was good, K lunch was delicious "D

I'm so tired after 6 hours of Madness window shopping, so many things i wanna buy. Necklace, ring, T-shirt, bag , wallet and many more. I'm proud that i was able to control my temptation and i did not buy all this "want" stuff.

Recently i discover that i have turned into a voracious eater, i constantly feel hungry every fews hours. I think i have to control myself from eating all this junk food , i don't want to end up letting my friend say this to me.

Lord, i thank you for taking all the punishment for me 2008 years ago, to redeem me from all the sins and curses. I will give my life to honour and worship you Lord, my faithful king. Amen~

God Knows You Intimately

As much as I love my wife and daughter, I have never bothered to count the number of hairs on their heads. I don’t have the time to do so and I doubt I will ever want to.

Every day, your hair drops. Yet, God knows how many hairs are left on your head. And He also knows how many are growing back! He knows because He bothers to count them again. When it comes to you, He always has time for every little thing about you.

So when Jesus said, “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered,” He was not exaggerating. He never exaggerates. He means what He says and He says what He means. So for the Lord to say that the very hairs of your head are all numbered means that He wants you to know that He is very absorbed in you and has intimate knowledge about you — your body, family, finances, relationships… everything in your life!

He knows the pain you have been having in your body. He is aware of the financial concerns which you have been keeping from your family. He sees how your rebellious son is treating you. He understands the hurts you have been keeping in your heart. He hears your heart’s cry for a miracle baby.

Your heavenly Father wants you to know that He pays attention to everything that concerns you. He does not overlook it as long as it concerns you, even if it is your pet, as a church member found out. She panicked when she first discovered that her pet terrapin had gone blind. Then, remembering my messages on confessing healing for our bodies, she did the same for her pet. Three months later, the terrapin’s eyes were wide open and seeing!

God knows you intimately. He knows every small problem that you are worried about and every single burden that you have. And when you approach Him for help, He has all the time for you as if no one else exists. That is how valuable you are to Him and how absorbed He is in you!

You Are Of More Value Than Many Sparrows

Perched on a tree branch, two birds were observing passers-by rushing from one place to another. Looking at their faces, one bird asked the other, “Why is man so full of worries and cares?” The other bird answered, “Maybe they don’t have a heavenly Father like we do.”

I believe that the Lord made birds to tell us that we are of more value than many birds put together. Jesus clearly tells us that. In Matthew 10:29, He said, “Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin?...” Then, in Luke 12:6, He said, “Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins?...” What this means is that these sparrows are so cheap that you can buy four of them for two copper coins, and you get one thrown in for free!

Sparrows are numerous, common creatures in Israel. Yet, not even one of these cheap, common birds falls to the ground without the Father’s knowledge. Not one of them is forgotten before Him. So will He forget you who are of more value than all these birds put together? Jesus said, “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them…” If God feeds the birds of the air, how much more will He feed you, His precious, beloved child!

“Why don’t I see the supply then?” you may ask.

The answer is worry. That is why Jesus also said, “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’… For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.” (Matthew 6:31–32)

Beloved, if God cares for cheap, common birds, and feeds and supplies them every day, how much more will He care for you, His dear, precious child! Let your heart be at rest as you hear Him say to you, “Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” (Matthew 10:31)

Your Next Stop — A Place Of Abundance

Are you in a situation where people are stepping all over you and they seem to have the upper hand? You feel as if the challenge you are facing is so big that you are going through fire. And you are so overwhelmed by everything that is happening around you that you feel as if you are drowning.

My friend, I want you to know that your heavenly Father hears your cry for help and He will rescue you. The psalmist says, “… we went through fire and through water, but You brought us out to rich fulfilment.” If you have been through the fire and water, then your next stop is a place of rich fulfilment or abundance!

This place of abundance was indeed the next stop for a church member who had suddenly found himself facing allegations involving some money laundering activities within the bank where he was one of the top executives. Investigations later exonerated him, but because of the bad vibes caused by the incident, he was asked to resign.

He was then aged 52. Friends told him to retire and relax, but retirement was far from his mind. This brother believed that if God had allowed this to happen, it must be that He was leading him to a better place, one of rich fulfilment. And indeed, soon after this difficult experience, one of the top banks offered him a handsome salary to join them in one of their top positions.

Four years later, at age 56, he was headhunted by one of the biggest public-listed companies to start a new division. He accepted the offer and was paid double what he had been earning.

Beloved, your heavenly Father does not lie when He tells you that He will bring you out to rich fulfilment if you are going through a difficult time. Trust Him and you will find yourself stepping into your place of abundance!

Lord I am the temple of yours, and surely you won't want anything bad to happen to the building that you had build . All i have to do is to remain cheerful and free myself from worries, anxieties etc.. because Lord you will take care of your own building.

I will declare that as a child of God i no longer have to aware of any sickness on my body, instead i will keep my focus on the fact that by your stripes i am healed! I will keep that in mind that all this bad things i have experienced is not the plan that you have made for me. Your plan for me is to make me the head not that tail, the winner not the loser and the rich not the poor. This benefit happen since the 1st day i have received Christ and i will keep reminding myself of this.

Lord, you will satisfies my years with good things, so that my youth is renewed like the eagle. -Psalm 103:5

Lord, i have learnt to speak with tongue today, i also learnt that if i don't speak, nothing will happen. Lord i know you will not demand or command me to do anything, all you need me to do is to cooperate with you and all the blessing will fall onto me.

Lord i know that you will give me all the wisdom that you have so that i can make an accurate decision in my life.

Suppose you have just heard of someone whose financial debts have been miraculously cleared. Or your elated friend has just told you that despite being an average student in school, he scored straight As in all his papers in his examinations. Perhaps on Sunday, you heard a couple share about how they had become proud owners of a condominium which was the grand prize in a supermarket lucky draw, or how a once-childless couple is now expecting their miracle child.

When you see others being blessed, do you ever wonder when it will be your turn? Or do you even find yourself saying, “Oh, he got blessed with the very thing that I have been praying for. There goes my blessing.”

Now, just because man’s economy operates on the principle of shortage, it does not mean that God operates in the same manner. So the next time somebody gets blessed, tell yourself, “I won’t be disheartened. I won’t be jealous. I am the next one to be blessed!”

Always remember that God does not have to bless anyone at your expense. Nor does He have to bless you at anyone’s expense. We do not have to be jealous of each other. There is a portion that God gives to you which no man can touch because it has your name on it — “A man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from heaven.” (John 3:27)

Our God is a rich God. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills. He has contacts and blessings you do not know of and which are reserved just for you! There is more than enough for everybody with leftovers in abundance. In fact, you will not be able to take it all because when the blessings start coming in, they will come in a net-breaking, boat-sinking style — you will have to call for your friends in the other boats to come and help you! (Luke 5:1–7) That is the kind of blessings that our God gives. So get ready for your blessings — and your overflowing abundance!

Nothing Is Hard For God

Our minds tend to see our problems as big or small. Even when we pray for the sick, we say things like, “You have a headache? No problem. Let’s pray for your healing.” But when it is cancer, we say, “Oh, let’s tell the senior pastor about it. It would be better if he prayed for you.” We think of headaches as small problems, but cancers as big ones.

But that is not the way God, the one who made the heavens and the earth, thinks. There is nothing too hard for Him! With God, there is no such thing as a “big” problem. In fact, the “bigger” the problem, the “easier” it is for Him! In the feeding of the 5,000, it took only five loaves to feed the multitude. (Matthew 14:15–21) But in the feeding of the smaller multitude of 4,000, it took seven loaves. (Matthew 15:32–38)

In man’s scheme of things, it should take more loaves to feed more people. But it is not so with God. It took fewer loaves to feed more people. This is God’s way of telling us, “The ‘bigger’ the problem, the ‘easier’ it is for Me.” I am not saying that small problems are hard for God. But it is so encouraging to think that it is “easier” for God to heal cancer than a headache!

Imagine coming to God with a big problem. “So, what is your problem?” God asks. You say, “Father, it is a huge financial debt — not thousands but millions.” He says, “Easy. It is already cancelled.”

In another scenario, God asks, “So, what is your problem?” You say, “Father, I have been retrenched and I can’t find a new job. I am already in my fifties and I don’t have the necessary qualifications.” He says, “No problem. Consider yourself employed. And in this new job, you won’t just have a job, you will have a position.”

Beloved, with God, there is never a problem because there is nothing too hard for Him!

Did God create evil?

A University professor at a well known institution of higher learning challenged his students with this question. “Did God create everything that exists?”

A student bravely replied, “Yes he did!”

“God created everything?” The professor asked.

“Yes, sir, he certainly did,” the student replied.

The professor answered, “If God created everything; then God created evil. And, since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then we can assume God is evil.” The student became quiet and did not respond to the professor’s hypothetical definition. The professor, quite pleased with himself, boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.

Another student raised his hand and said, “May I ask you a question, professor?”

“Of course”, replied the professor.

The student stood up and asked, “Professor does cold exist?”

“What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?”

The other students snickered at the young man’s question. The young man replied, “In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat. Every body or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (-460 F) is the total absence of heat; and all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have no heat.” the student continued, “Professor, does darkness exist?”

The professor responded, “Of course it does.”

The student replied, “Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can study, but not darkness. In fact, we can use Newton’s prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn’t this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present.”

Finally the young man asked the professor, “Sir, does evil exist?”

Now uncertain, the professor responded, “Of course, as I have already said. We see it everyday. It is in the daily examples of man’s inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil.”

To this the student replied, “Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God’s love present in his heart. It’s like the cold that comes when there is no heat, or the darkness that comes when there is no light.”

God's Love

God's love for us is constant and unconditionally, it's the same today yesterday and forever . In this world it's not about how much we love God but actually how much his love for us.

No matter how deep we fall, we'll never fall out of God's love for us because we are his beloved son. Because God so love us, he did not demand anything on us and he forget all our sin. So that we can stand up boldly to tell the whole world that we are righteous. We are righteous because of all the finished work Jesus did on the cross. He took all our sickness away because by his stripes we are healed!

So now i can depend on God unconditional love for me and accept all this undeserved blessing from him .

Ephesians 3:16 - That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man . 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which surpasses knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fullness of God. 20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that work in us, 21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

I still remember when i was still a small kid. My mum used to bring me to the library during the school holiday for the free story telling session. I enjoy the free story telling provided by the volunteer group/ non-profit organization . Today i gave my help to the society by helping out in the story telling session and it is really meaningful.

I have learnt how to communicate with kids better through volunteering myself. I think it will prepare me for future if i need to host event for kids.

I thank God for everything especially the movie ticket.

My plan to get pay increment had gone awry, but thanks god for blessing me to get entitled for annual leave and medical leave even I'm just a small fly in my company. All the praises to you Lord!

Anyway annual leave is useless to me unless i have someone to do my work while I'm on leave.

For my plan now is to quickly get my Diploma and get into a more potential company related to my course I'm taking.

Lord i know you will guide me and give me all your wisdom to deal with my current situation.

Lord, tomorrow i will be seeing Judy regarding my pay increment. Lord i believe you will fulfill every request that i have ask for, It is because that you love me and you will give me all the good things in my life.

Have you ever thought of curbing one of your bad habit or trying to accomplish something by your own ability? Yes i have but that's when I've not received Christ. Stop counting on your own strength to curb your worst habit and start approaching God for help that's because if you can change yourself then you don't need a god.

In order for our Lord to do all the thing we must have faith in him and faith come by hearing and hearing of God's words.

Negative thought lead to negative emotion and action , so in order to change your life you have to change your negative thought into positive and keep refusing those negative belief. To have a constant positive thought we have to keep listening to God's words and to put 100% faith on him.

Christian life is not a sprint , Christian life is a long marathon, put 100% trust in him and he will protect you all the way until you reach the finishing line. When you believe in God, everything is possible because there's nothing our God cannot do.

Heavenly father i would like to thank you for blessing me with good colleagues, less demanding bosses and a non stressful working environment. I know all this wonderful things came from your blessing and not by luck. Lord once again i would like to compliment you for giving me the courage to speak to my boss regarding rising my salary, and i need all the blessing from you on the interview with Judy on Tuesday regarding on my pay increment. I have faith in you that whatever things i ask from you, you surely will give it to me and more abundantly than i ask for.

Lord i keep on focusing on those stripes that you suffered for me on the cross, so that i will be free from all illness, so that i no longer have to worry about my ezecma anymore.

Lord i would like you to make YDC anniversary celebration today a successful one so that we can end with a jubilant celebration.

I pray all this in your mighty name.
