Running

I'm really into running now! Running helps me to stay focus, builds my confidence, stamina, determination,endurance and perseverance .

I would like to take this opportunities to thank uncle Heng for inspiring, aspiring and motivate me to pick up running.

And of cos my Heavenly Abba whom had given me all the energy to run. All the way for Stand Chart marathon 09!

I never like CNY because i dislike the old mundane routine! But i totally enjoy myself today at Li Ping's hse! Yu zhi brought a few of his foreign exchange friends! So cool they celebrated CNY with us and i bet they enjoy the majong, food and LOU HEI! hahahaha!

Huat! I really hopes all my fren have prosperous year ahead despite the finacial crisis. And most importantly xin xiang shi chen "D

Heavenly Abba, thank you for wearing the crown of torn for me so that i don't have to experience any form of stress. I praise You for Your perfect work and redemption on the cross. Abba, i seek Your wisdom and patient for my work tml, and i declare everything by faith! Hallelujah, Amen!

Operation Rainbow was formed to help the Philippines suffering from flashflood.

Our objective is to get people along the street to print their palm prints in the shape of the rainbow, as a form of support and encouragement to the people in Philippines.

Operation rainbow also needs your help to collect the following things:

Non Food Items: mats, jerry cans, blankets, mosquito nets
Food Items: rice, noodles, sardines, sugar, coffee
Hygiene kit: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap
and Monetary support as well

When you see God's grace, He sees your faith

We live by faith, not by sight. - 2 Corinthians 5:7

Pastor Prince has taught us that faith is all about knowing how much Jesus love us that he died on the cross for us. Faith is all about knowing God's grace and how much He wants us to make use of his grace.

So 2 Corinthians 5:7 is saying stop depending on our works and start living by seeing how BIG our God is. How our good God is willing to help us in all our circumstances we are facing. Nothing is too trivial for our daddy God!

So what do you do when you feel that you are lacking of faith? Well start seeing God's grace in all your situation. See him as your healer when you need healing; See him as your provider when u are lacking, see him as what you need. Oh hallelujah~ When you see God's grace, he will sees your faith!

God wants us to make full use of his grace

To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. - Romans 1:7

Hallelujah! Our heavenly Abba wants us to make full use of His grace !

Abba, i will make full use of Your favor in my job.
Abba, i will make full use of Your love to love other.
Abba, i will make full use of Your healing power to heal .
Abba, i will make full use of Your wisdom for my studies.
Abba, i will make full use of Your provision to cover up my lack.

ABBA , I WILL MAKE FULL USE OF ALL THE PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT THAT YOU GAVE ME WHICH I DON'T DESERVE. Hallelujah!

Abba, i thank You, that whenever i depend on Your grace , peace will have to come.

A son says to his father: 'Dad, would you be willingly to run a marathon with me?

The father, despite his age and a heart disease, says 'YES'.

And they run that marathon, together.

The son asks: 'Dad, can you run another marathon with me?' Again father
says 'YES'.

They run another marathon, together.

One day the son asks his father: ?Dad would please do the Iron Man with me?'

Now just in case you wouldn't know, 'The Iron Man' is the toughest
triathlon in existence; 4km swimming, then 180 km by bike, and finally
another 42 km running, in one stroke.

Again father says 'YES'

Yes i did my 1st 5km run~ Yea i know that to the avid runners, 5km is nothing. But it's a pivotal run for my 1/2 marathon this year. Anyway i also have learnt that with determination nothing is impossible. Next week i shall proceed on to 7.5km.

I'm pleased with myself that I'm able to remove all those stubborn stains, that initially i thought it's impossible to clean up. Lord, thank You for Your strength and love that I'm able to ministered the elderly.

I'm quite happy to see them turning up for the tea party "]

I find that Ong Bak 2 has a very weak and confusing plot. Tony Jaa tries to show various martial art moves in this movie which is quite unsuccessful. l0l

Lord, thank You for your sacrifices on the cross, so that i can look to You as the needs i need. You are my healer, provider and Wisdom. Abba! Because i'm Your benificiary, i will receive it all by faith that You died to provide me. Lord, i seek Your wisdom on all that i need in my work. Abba, when i'm with You, nothing can goes wrong. Hallelujah. Everything i pray in Jesus' name, Amen!

Lord, thank You that salvation was make easy because You did all the difficult part for me on the cross.

Abba God, thank You for Your finished and perfect work on the cross, so perfect that there's nothing else that i need to do. Hallelujah!

All i have to do is to believe and all the blessings will profusely abound in my lives. Hallelujah~~ Thank You Abba.

Trust me guys! Just rest in our Daddy God's grace and He will make all things to work for you. Our Heavenly Abba is not interested in what we can do for Him but how much we know that He's keen to help us. Hallelujah~
