Happy Birthday Milo

I've learned more about psychosis , schizophrenia and others mental illness through the event which i had attended this afternoon organized by Silver Ribbon Singapore. Lots of peoples have misconceptions about those patients suffer from mental sickness and often discriminate them. Hence this cause mental patients unable to actively participate in the community and gaining access to the service they need. P.S if you know anyone who are suffering from any types of mental disorder, talk to them and encourage them to seek profession treatment as soon as possible. And it's more easier to treat when they are in the early stage of mental disorder.

After the talk, i went down to pizza hut to celebrate Milo's birthday and follow a walk at Far East shopping center and a fews game of CS at Cineleisure arcade. Shiock!!! Anyway happy birthday to you Milo, all the best to your studies and may all your wishes come true. <3
