Five Stage Of Grief
Denial: Refusing to accept what has happened.
Anger: Bitterness that life had been unfair.
Bargaining: Survivor hopes and seek in vain to reverse what had happened.
Depression: This stage is characterized by despondence and perhaps passivity when life has become meaningless for the survivor.
Acceptance: Last stage of cycle where the survivor is ready and actively involved in moving on to the next stage of his life
* Some people may go through them in a different order, or not at all!
