Everyone know KwokRong hate clearing/throwing rubbish, but today with good mood he took initiative to clear and throw rubbish. He assumed that the rubbish bin is full because some others personnel have dumped the rubbish outside the rubbish bin. So without opening up the bin he just dumped it like what the rest have done, unfortunately RSM saw the whole incident and he made him threw all the rubbish inside the 99% full rubbish bin and was told that he will be signing 3 extra duties for that.

Kwokrong became famous and everyone in the branch knew about this incident, and Head told him that he will be signing 1 extra duties instead of 3. Erm at least i can see that they are willing to help when you get into trouble, not that bad.
